Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Enclave, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Enclave is a product for controlled access to protected web applications through remote browser workspaces, governed launch policy, and explicit transfer controls.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service to violate law or regulation.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Do not interfere with service operation or security controls.
• Do not use the service to harm third parties or infringe rights.

4. Accounts and Access

Access to Enclave may require approved accounts, organization-level configuration, and commercial agreement. We may suspend or terminate access where required for security, policy, or contractual reasons.

5. Intellectual Property

Enclave and its service materials remain the property of Amaretto Software Labs ltd and its licensors, except for customer-owned content and data retained by the customer under the applicable agreement.

6. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by the Enclave Privacy Policy.

7. Commercial Terms

Enclave is offered on a contact-led basis. Pricing, deployment scope, support, and any applicable service commitments are defined in the relevant commercial agreement.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided subject to the applicable commercial agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Varna, Bulgaria.
